Welcome to the Hopewell Valley Youth Wrestling, where the next generation of wrestlers takes the mat. Driven by a deep love for the sport, our mission is to provide every athlete, from first-year beginners to seasoned competitors, the opportunity to master the fundamentals and grow.
Our coaches focus on the technical depth of wrestling, instilling the discipline, strength, and focus required to excel. At Hopewell Valley, we believe success on the mat is a reflection of their preparation off of it. Whether you're sharpening your takedowns or building lifelong confidence, we expect every wrestler to give their best, respect the grind, and have fun.

Practice Information
Practice Information
Who: Anyone in K-6 is welcome to attend a few practices to see if it's a good fit for your child before registering.
Rec & Girls Wrestling: Practices are held on Tuesday and Thursday at the Hopewell Valley Central High School Wrestling Room from 6:30-7:30 (grades 3-6 go until 8:00).
JV & Varsity Teams: Practices are held on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at the Hopewell Valley Central High School Wrestling Room from 6:30-8:00. Monday is Coach Cody's Conditioning Camp.
